Kitchen Rental Rates

All standard contracts are for One year to match your health department license term.
Any short term contracts require special consideration, 15% price increase and approval from the Health Department.

80+ Hours per month $9 per hour 1 yr contract = $720 per month

64 Hours per month $9.50 per hour 1 yr contract = $608 per month

48 Hours per month $10 per hour 1 yr contract = $480 per month

32 Hours per month $10.50 per hour 1 yr contract = $336 per month

16 Hours per month $11 per hour 1 yr contract = $176 per month

8 Hours per month $12.50 per hour 1 yr contract = $100 per month

Pay as you go under contract $20 per hour an $300 deposit

ONE TIME SPECIAL USE $30 an hour

Please note: You can always use more hours than your contracted amount, You will receive a second invoice at the beginning of the following month for any hours over your contracted hours

Storage is rented a la carte: Dry and Cooler Storage

DRY STORAGE

By the Shelf (18"x24") $10 per shelf

or $5 square foot for no electric (client provided shelf)

and $6 square foot with electric (client provided freezer)

COOLER STORAGE

By the Shelf (18"x24") $12 per shelf
